The Website is owned and operated by Diamonds Are Men (hereinafter referred to as "Diamonds Are Men," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") and is provided to the user/visitor ("you" or "customer").

Please read these terms carefully before using the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you signify your agreement to these terms.

Users accessing the Platform from such locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for complying with local laws.

By continuing to use the Platform following updates, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

OUR PRIVACY POLICY

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Domestic Orders: We deliver across most cities in India.

International Orders: We ship worldwide except to the following destinations:

North Korea
Iran
Myanmar

For regions without courier services, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery time is 7 business days.
International Orders: Estimated delivery time is 10 business days.

Delivery timelines may be affected by factors such as natural calamities, government regulations, public holidays, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances. The policies of our delivery partners will govern these delays.

Customers must ensure availability to receive the parcel at the delivery location. For missed delivery attempts, the parcel will be held per the delivery partner’s terms and conditions.

PAYMENTS

Domestic Orders: Payments are accepted in INR via NEFT, UPI, debit/credit cards, or other methods specified on the Website. Prices include applicable taxes such as CGST, SGST, or IGST.

International Orders: Payments can be made using PayPal, international credit/debit cards, or SWIFT. Additional shipping and handling charges, as well as customs duties and taxes, are payable by the customer. These costs will be communicated during checkout.

ORDERING PROCESS

Add to Bag: Select items and add them to your shopping bag. Availability is confirmed only after receipt of the Confirmation of Order & Shipment.
Checkout: Proceed to checkout by registering or signing into your account. Ensure all personal details are accurate to avoid delays.
Confirmation: Once the order is shipped, you will receive a written confirmation.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & ELIGIBILITY

All orders are subject to stock availability. If a product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative. If the replacement is not accepted, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.

Orders can only be placed by individuals above the age of 18 with the legal capacity to contract.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy. Customers can return products for a full refund or exchange, provided the request is initiated within 15 days of delivery.

Exceptions:

Personalized, engraved, or resized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Products modified by third parties are excluded from lifetime warranty and maintenance.

Conditions:

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all accompanying items (e.g., warranty cards, certifications, packaging).
Free gifts associated with an order must also be returned or paid for if the order is returned or exchanged.

Diamonds Are Men reserves the right to refuse requests deemed unreasonable or fraudulent.

Lifetime Exchanges

Exchange or upgrade your jewelry anytime in the future.

Gold: Get 100% value of metal weight at the prevailing metal rate.

Diamonds: Get 100% value of the prevailing value of the similar grade NATURAL & LAB-GROWN Diamonds.

In case the item is damaged and/or missing stones, only the value that can be recovered (of gold and diamonds) – as assessed by the Diamonds Are Men personnel – shall be considered for deriving the exchange value.

The cost of shipping the product back to us shall be borne by Diamonds Are Men if it is done within 15 days from the date of purchase, and beyond this time period, such shipping cost, if any, shall be borne by the customer. Diamonds Are Men reserves the right to accept any items to be exchanged through any of its own retail stores and/or any authorized sales channel partner. This service shall be accorded only for products registered with Diamonds Are Men through the interface provided by the Platform.

The exchange shall be accepted only from the original buyer of the product. Diamonds Are Men reserves the right to ask for identification documents to establish the identity of the buyer. Diamonds Are Men also reserves the right to accept the exchange from an authorized representative of the buyer upon presentation of an authorization letter or any other such documentation as accepted at the sole discretion of Diamonds Are Men.

Buyback Policy

You can sell your jewelry back to us.

Gold: Get 100% value of metal weight at the prevailing metal rate.

Diamond: Get 80% value of diamonds at the prevailing value of the similar grade NATURAL & LAB-GROWN Diamonds.

The cost of shipping the product back to us shall be borne by the customer.

Gift Cards

Diamonds Are Men reserves the right to provide Gift Cards at its sole discretion. Any such Gift Cards, either redeemable at the Diamonds Are Men website or at any third-party website, are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any Gift Cards issued by Diamonds Are Men or a third party shall be governed by the terms and conditions, validity period, etc., as per the information provided on/along with the Gift Card. Diamonds Are Men shall not be responsible for any expired gift cards.

When ordering products via the sales channels, you will receive an invoice that will be sent to you in writing (to your e-mail address as a PDF attachment or otherwise).

Cancellation Policy

Post order placement, there will be no cancellation, as we offer a fantastic Returns and Exchange policy as explained above. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, and terminate orders at any time on reasonable grounds.

We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer in part or in full. The company will not bear any legal responsibility for the delay in delivery caused by any force majeure event, including but not limited to natural calamity, governmental actions, pandemics, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If payment is made and for any reason we cannot honor the order, we will refund the entire payment to the extent of funds received by us. Any bank charges at the client’s end levied by the bank/payment gateway while processing the refund are to be borne by the customer. The Platform bears no responsibility to pay such charges and cannot be held responsible for the same.

Invoices

When ordering products via the various sales channels, you will receive an invoice that will be provided to you by the authorized representative of the sales channel.

Restriction

Diamonds Are Men reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity/value of the items purchased by you and such other restrictions as may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit/debit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. Diamonds Are Men reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit the sale of products to anyone as it may deem fit.

Fraudulent Transactions

The company reserves the right to recover the cost of products, collection charges, damages caused to Diamonds Are Men and legal expenses from persons using this Website fraudulently. Diamonds Are Men reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Website and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

External Material and Links

The Website may contain links to other Websites; these external Websites are not under our control. We cannot be held responsible for such Websites and cannot make any warranties about them. We provide these links because we think they might interest you, but we do not monitor or endorse these Websites.

Limitations of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
