Customised, engraved, or bespoke jewellery orders cannot be cancelled after production begins.

Refunds are applicable only for products returned in their original, unused condition with all accompanying items (jewellery box, certification, warranty card, etc.).

Refund requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

Products that are customised, engraved, or resized are not eligible for refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your location.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
Shipping & Handling

Diamonds Are Men will cover the cost of return shipping and insurance for refunds initiated within the eligible timeframe.

For international orders, customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and any applicable return shipping costs.
