Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • Customised, engraved, or bespoke jewellery orders cannot be cancelled after production begins.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for products returned in their original, unused condition with all accompanying items (jewellery box, certification, warranty card, etc.).

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

  • Products that are customised, engraved, or resized are not eligible for refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.


Refund Process

  1. Submit your refund request by emailing support@diamondsaremen.com or calling +91-9372015258.

  2. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your location.

  3. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned product passes inspection.


Shipping & Handling

  • Diamonds Are Men will cover the cost of return shipping and insurance for refunds initiated within the eligible timeframe.

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and any applicable return shipping costs.
