Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds will only be considered for products purchased directly from Diamonds Are Men through our official sales channels, including our website or authorized representatives.
- Refunds are applicable only if the process is initiated within 15 days of receiving the product.
- Refunds are not applicable for customized or bespoke jewelry orders unless there is a defect or error in the product delivered.
Refund Process
- Customers must contact our support team at support@diamondsaremen.com or call our helpline to initiate the refund process.
- Upon approval of the refund request, the customer will receive a notification confirming the same.
- Once the item is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, the refund will be processed.
Refund Amount
If the returned product is verified as genuine and meets all eligibility criteria, 100% of the amount will be refunded.
Shipping Costs
We will arrange the pickup from the original delivery location. The cost of shipment back to us and insurance during transit will be borne by Diamonds Are Men. Our logistics partner will contact you regarding the pickup date and time. Ensure that the billed product and any other items to be returned are ready. The packaging process for return pickup will be communicated by Diamonds Are Men or our delivery partner’s representative. This process must be followed for the return pickup to be accepted for further approval. Please make a video while packing and sealing the bag for your reference and safety.
Refund Mode and Timeline
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- It may take up to 7-10 business days after approval for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment gateway policies.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift Cards or store credits issued by Diamonds Are Men are non-refundable.
- Customized, engraved, or personalized products, unless faulty or incorrectly delivered, are not eligible for refunds.
- Products purchased through third-party retailers or unauthorized channels are not eligible for refunds.
Exceptions and Company Rights
- Diamonds Are Men reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is found to be tampered with, altered, or not in its original condition.
- If a refund request is found to be fraudulent or made in bad faith, Diamonds Are Men reserves the right to deny the request and take legal action if necessary.
- All ancillary items/accessories delivered with the billed product, including the jewelry box, diamond certification card, warranty card, and any other add-ons, must be returned in unused and as-delivered condition. Damaged or missing items may be subject to a replacement fee.
